This portfolio illustrates material I wrote and designed as well as international programs I developed from 2000-2023 as Executive Director of AC Cugini - Cugini Soccer Services International, a  private Italian scuola calcio (soccer academy) in the United States with programming in Italy.

I directed day-to-day business operations, marketing, internal and external communication for AC Cugini,which had the rare distinction of being the first official Italian soccer academy in North America sanctioned by the Italian National Olympic Committee and the Italian Soccer Federation. 

My strategic communications and marketing efforts and the unique high-quality soccer programming provided led to an increase in membership from 75 to 200 in just one year. I wrote all proposals and contracts with vendors for international programming and training in Italy and the United States, including proposals for formal affiliations with 4 professional Italian soccer clubs. In addition, I developed and led custom cross-cultural tours in Italy for youth and adult soccer players and coaches. I also oversaw the design and development of two websites and social media accounts. In 2004, the Italian National Olympic Committee awarded special recognition to AC Cugini for our international programming.
